Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods (California) will join the Sonoma Environmental Education Collaborative (SEEC) for another year of hosting and celebrating Día del Niño / Day of the Child April 29. Stewards will be using this opportunity to incorporate last year’s Family Day In Your State Park activities to create one super outreach event in Armstrong Redwoods. Along with 11 other environmental education sites in Sonoma County, Stewards will offer a wide variety of free activities for children and adults to engage with the outdoors. Activities will include nature crafts, visits with animals, bug catching, family nature walks, bird watching and so much more! The event takes place April 29th, 11 AM – 5 PM. To find a location and activity near you, view this interactive map.
