This month, the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) in Seattle is presentiing Edible City Month. In fact, MOHAI is celebrating with their latest exhibit: “Edible City: A Delicious Journey.” This exhibit talks about the food culture in Seattle from the past and present. After your visit, you can purchase the book, Edible City, which features signature recipes talked about in the exhibit.
