Ski and More at Taos Ski Valley, NM

Ski season is here, and Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico wants to be more than a place for skiing. Taos Ski Valley wants to be a place of celebration, so these are some key events going on for their visiting guests. On December 31st, the New Year’s Eve Torchlight Parade and Fireworks gives a show as skiers make their way down the mountain in the dark with flares as their only means of light. For the adult foodies, the 21st Annual Brewmasters Festival on January 7th will bring you sampling beer and tasty food from some of the best breweries around the area (21 and over – $30/person). Not Forgotten Outreach Week from January 17th to 22nd is an initiative to thank you the brave men and women in our Armed Forces and their families. They can ski for only $30/day with free rental equipment and discounted group lessons. For more events at Taos Ski Valley, visit their calendar.
