That is a lie attempting to make Hong Kong seem even more ~~exotic~~ for the foreign tourist. People *do* make bookings in Hong Kong, sometimes many months in advance. (How else to get time at private kitchens and clubs?) There are simply some restaurants that do not take bookings.]]></description>
