Eileen-My name is Phil Tomczyk and I am the owner of the Mary Morgan III. As background, the day my oldest daughter Mary Morgan was born I vowed to have a sailboat named after her and if you know nautical terminology, this is the third Mary Morgan!! I will be on her this Saturday for a week with 3 of my buddies for a weeks cruise. I am so pleased that you and your family enjoyed her as she is a GREAT sailboat. I will look to see if you commented in my log book that is in the nav station. It has 6 years of great stories ( I had a 40 ft monohull prior to her which was the MM II in Tortola with Moorings ). If you want to do another cruise on her, contact me and I can sell you a weeks sail time as an owner with the blessing of Moorings at a cheaper rate that will be good for you and for me. Glad you enjoyed your time on the MM III and gave her a little media exposure.

[...] 40. SAIL YOURSELF AWAY Moorings or Sunsail are among the companies through which you can charter a yacht with or without a captain for a high-seas family vacation. Consider the British Virgin Islands, acknowledged as among the best boating destinations in the world, where you are rarely out of site of land and you’ll find discounts. With a “Powercat”, a family can cover a lot of ocean but there’s always the option of dropping the anchor and going snorkeling, scuba, fishing, reading, or sunbathing! Another option is Mexico’s Baja Peninsula near Cabo San Lucas and Baja California. The bodies of water include the Gulf of California and the Sea of Cortez, both with views of pristine beaches and beautiful mountain ranges. Here’s what I wrote about our most recent sailing trip.
