BOKS is a free national physical activity program for kids. The 12-week fitness curriculum provides a day- to-day lesson plan to get kids moving for 40-45 minutes before or after school three times a week.
The classes focus on a functional fitness skill of the week. The offerings are:

•Yoga and Mindfulness
•BOKS High School
