The National Botanic Garden of Wales is in the lovely Carmarthenshire countryside. It is a blend of the historic and modern.
The range of themed gardens includes the world’s largest single-span glasshouse as well as the British Bird of Prey Centre, a Butterfly House, play areas and a national nature reserve. The center offers a variety of gardening and beekeeping-based courses throughout the year.
The Seasons Restaurant, inside the Garden, is an excellent place to eat a meal or snack. Moreover, a garden shop on the grounds stocks crafts and other products. More information is here.
