SAFE OUTDOOR RECREATION

Fresh air and exercise can improve physical and mental health of kids and adults. Medical experts advise Americans to do outdoor activities with people in their household while staying 6 feet away from everybody else.

A few safe places to go are:

  • National parks that are not crowds
  • Public pools properly maintained with chlorine and no crowds
  • Suburban areas that are not densely populated to walk a dog
  • Remote trails for bicycle rides
