Carpenters’ Hall of Philadelphia has reopened as of August 18, 2020. They will operate with limited guest capacity and all guests must wear a face covering.
This Hall is the official birthplace of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was a key meeting place in the early history of the United States. It features gilded frame membership boards, a fan window, banners, and officers’ furniture.
Not only is it a treasure in historic Philadelphia, but it is also home to the first and second banks in the country. Read more about it here.
