A rare Blue Moon will be visible around the world on October 31 – Halloween. Residents of North America and South America, as well as people in India, all of Europe and much of Asia will be able to see it.
It will be so bright at the full phase that no display enhancement equipment will be necessary. It’s name is Hunter’s Moon and it directly follows the Harvest Moon that occured on October 1.
