Bluebird Backcountry, a ski area in Colorado, recently announced it will open for a full ski season. There will be more terrain, more classes, more services, and more snow.

They are moving the ski area four miles northwest to Bear Mountain on Continental Divide near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This location is massive and receives 45 percent more snow annually.

Bluebird Backcountry will welcome a maximum of 200 guests a day and there will be no chairlifts to allow for social distancing. They expect opening day to be December. 24, 2020 and closing day to be March 28, 2021. Read more here.
