The Adventure Cycling Association recently announced the designations of five new U.S. Bicycle Routes in Maryland, New York, North Dakota, West Virginia, and Washington, DC.
The Bicycle Route System added 290 miles. In addition, they are currently developing a national network of officially recognized, numbered, and signed bicycle routes.
ACA inspires, empowers, and connects people to travel by bicycle. Free digital maps for all designated U.S. Bicycle Routes are available here.
I hope that these newly designated routes will appear on Open Street Map – Cycling. Or perhaps these routes already appear on OSMC under another (local) name. Please let us know.
