El Distrito in San Juan, Puerto Rico will open next to the downtown Convention Center. It will be excellent place for public gatherings.
This new attraction will consist of the following:
•Performance venue for 6,000 patrons
•More than 80,000 square feet of other entertainment spaces
•175 room hotel
•Pedestrian mall offering retail and dining
In addition, there will be a rum-micro-distillery on the property. El Distrito is set to open in February 2020.More information is available here.
