Plimoth Plantation in Massachusetts is located three miles south of Plymouth Center. It is a living history museum dedicated to telling the story of Plymouth Colony.
The museum is a Smithsonian Institution Affiliate. It includes the Wampanoag Homesite, 17th-Century English Village, Craft Center, Plimoth Bread Company, Plimoth Grist Mill and Mayflower, a reproduction of the original ship from 1620.
The outdoor living history museum is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm, late march –November. More details are here.
