Chef Bun Lai, the owner of Miya’s Sushi in Connecticut, offers a Sundays on the Farm experience for people of all ages. His small outdoor and socially distanced classes will take place on his farm in Woodbridge, Connecticut until the end of September, 2020.

The offerings are:

Farm Dinner: The class starts at 5:00pm and includes experimental recipes and classic sustainable sushi dishes.

Foraging Class & Dinner: The class begins at 2:00pm and focuses on common weeds and invasive plants and their preparation.

The Whole Shebang: This is an all day event with opportunities to Japanese fly fish, prepare sustainable sushi, forage and have dinner.
