Guggenheim Museum Rain with Activities this Fall

The Guggenheim Museum continues to be one of New York’s top attractions for families, and there is much to explore at the Museum this fall. The Guggenheim’s Sackler Center for Arts Education has events revolved around Mystical Symbolism: The Salon de la Rose+Croix in Paris, 1892–1897, Art and China after 1989: Theater of the World, and Josef Albers in Mexico. Enjoy Second Sunday Family Tours that incorporate conversation and creative, hands-on gallery activities ($20/family or $15 for members). Enjoy Drawing the Guggenheim: New York, Venice, Bilbao on October 15th and have the opportunity to explore and sketch the buildings’ iconic architecture through a variety of public programs, tours, and workshops. Teens are invited to volunteer at the Guggenheim on weekends – they can apply to familyprograms@guggenheim.org and help facilitate Family Programs.
