NATIVE BASKETRY EXHIBIT RANDALL MUSEUM SF

A Tradition of Making: California Native Basketry is an interactive exhibition at the Randall Museum in San Francisco, California. Julia Parker, a Native Californian basket maker and teacher, is the curator.

This spectacular display includes examples of the Parker family’s works as well as baskets from Randall Museum’s collection. It features artifacts, weaving stations and descriptions of the varied forms and functions of native baskets.

The dates are 10a.m. – 5p.m. Tuesday- Saturday until September 2019. More information is here.
