Unseen Oceans Exhibition at AMNH in NYC

The Unseen Oceans exhibition opened at the American Museum of Natural History on March 12 and will run through January 6, 2019. It will consist of circular and media-rich galleries that will showcase a broad range of ecosystems and introduce a new generation of scientists. Some of the highlights include:

  • A 180-degree, high resolution screen
  • Microscope stations
  • A suspended display of biofluorescent species
  • A magnetic sand table with a dynamic live projection where young guests can learn about ocean topography

Unseen Oceans will put a spotlight on urgent threats to the oceans including climate change and habitat degradation. More information here.
